Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an effective medical treatment that has been used to alleviate and prevent illnesses for over three thousand years. Our practitioners use a non-invasive method to effectively address a wide range of acute or chronic conditions and promote overall well-being.

Cupping

Cupping is the inverse of massage. Instead of pressing into muscles, the cups pull upward creating a gentle suction. A soothing and relaxing therapy, cupping improves blood flow to the tissues, reduces pain and tension and decreases inflammation.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese Herbal Medicine combines various plants, minerals and other natural substances into therapeutic herbal formulas. Given as teas, powders, capsules or granules they support and enhance our bodies response to illness, pain and emotional distress.

Food Therapy

Traditional Chinese Food Therapy helps improve and maintain a person’s overall health using balanced nutrition and proper diet. Specific foods and dietary recommendations are made to treat a patient’s individual health concerns and provide general nutritional support.
